About us: Cause Merch, a part of Cause GbR, Beilsteiner Straße 121, 12681 Berlin, Germany.
Products: Made-to-order apparel & accessories (print-on-demand). Minor variations may occur.
Prices & taxes: Prices in EUR. Tax included (EU) when enabled; VAT is calculated per destination at checkout.
Orders & fulfillment: Production starts after payment. Typical production 3–5 business days; delivery times vary by destination. Items may ship separately.
Returns/Withdrawal: See “Returns & Right of Withdrawal”.
Defects: If damaged/incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
IP: All designs/content are the property of Cause Merch/Cause Records/PETDuo. No unauthorized use.
Governing law: German law (consumer protections remain unaffected).
