Returns & Right of Withdrawal — Cause Merch

  • Self-serve returns: Go to My account, open Orders, choose Request a return (when available), or email support@causemerch.com.

  • EU right of withdrawal: 14 days from delivery for non-personalized items.
    The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item in the order.

  • Exclusions: Items made to your specifications/personalized are not eligible (Directive (EU) 2011/83).

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with tags.

  • How to withdraw: Email support@causemerch.com with subject “Withdrawal” and your order number. We’ll send return instructions and the return address (may differ from the shipping origin).
    Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

  • Refunds: Product price refunded to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return. Where required by applicable EU consumer law, the standard outbound delivery cost will also be refunded.

  • Costs: Original shipping refundable only where legally required; return shipping at the customer’s expense unless defective/incorrect.

  • Defective/Incorrect: Contact within 14 days with photos; we will replace or refund.
